He had led Credit Suisse for Italy, and post-integration with Ubs, was collaborating with the team of the Swiss bank in Italy. A key player in the most important transactions in the Italian industry and finance, with around fifty IPOs and capital increases, and numerous M&#038;A operations, including the takeover bid for Telecom.
