The second night of Sanremo 2024 will feature only 15 of the 30 competing artists, who will be judged by a radio jury (50% of the overall vote) and the TV audience through televoting (50%). Special guests for the second night will be John Travolta and Giovanni Allevi. Amadeus held a press conference today after the success of the first night of the 2024 Festival. The first night was a hit, with record-breaking ratings reaching over 65% share, the highest since 1995, and an average of 10.6 million viewers.
The first part (21:25 – 23:31:33) attracted 15,075,000 viewers with a 64.34% share. The second part (23:34 – 25:59) was watched by 6,527,000 viewers with a 66.84% share. The peak audience was at 22:09 with 16,786,000 viewers, and the peak share was at 24:15 with 70.1%. The most watched episode in the history of the festival was in 1987, with 17.5 million viewers.
