The first to interpret the wonderful piece by Giorgio Gaber was Mirò, then came Paola Turci, Annalisa, and also Michielin. The last to bring it to our stage was Giuliano Sangiorgi. In the ten years of il Tempo delle Donne, we have addressed topics such as motherhood, sex and love, strength, impact, and happiness.
These are very different gigantic topics but all united by a common goal, that of freedoms. Of thought, of expression, of bodies, of the press, of spaces, of choices, of love. And that is why freedom is the word we have chosen for the tenth edition of il Tempo delle Donne 2023, our event which this year will take place on the 8th, 9th, and 10th of September at the Triennale di Milano.
In this fatigued period of multiple crises, of coming out of the pandemic and lockdowns, of war in the heart of Europe and economic destabilization, of floods, earthquakes, and droughts, we know that we will not emerge from it unless we widen our gaze beyond walls and borders, building a dialogue with everyone, together. That’s what we will do at il Tempo delle donne: we will listen, be amazed, and propose ideas to create possibilities and communities.
