This dynamism is reflected in prices, which increased on average by 1.4% in 2023 compared to the previous year. In the historic center, which remains one of the most sought-after areas, prices are rising and the average per square meter exceeds 10,000 euros.
Prices also increased accordingly. For example, in 2023, there was an average increase of 4.2% compared to the previous year.
Prices are also stable in Turin, where the demand for purchase varies according to the neighborhoods (it grows in Crocetta, remains stable in the pre-hill area, and declines in the area around corso Massimo D’Azeglio).
