The journalist Carlotta Dessì, 35, passed away prematurely. Mediaset, where Dessì had worked on various productions, mourns the loss of the journalist who had been part of the Group since the times of Premium Sport.
Until the end, Mario Giordano never stopped encouraging her at the end of each episode in the fight against the illness that had struck her last summer. She would have turned 35 on February 15th.
“We will remember her passion, enthusiasm, smile, and the strength with which she faced the last terrible months,” Mediaset expressed deep grief. A huge football fan, she was a fervent supporter of Cagliari, her hometown team.
In addition to bringing her great satisfaction, her work had given her the joy of her life: her partner Fabrizio Boni, one of the pillars of SportMediaset, was by her side until the end. In this moment of grief, the entire editorial staff embraces him and the entire Dessì family tightly.
