The incident occurred on Monday before 8 am at “Enaip”, a vocational institute located on via Giulio Uberti, in a semi-central position in the city. The police are gathering brief testimonial information from some people present at the time of the incident.
The motive behind the act is still unclear, and investigators are currently interviewing some teachers. The attacked teacher has been part of the school staff for a long time.
An ambulance and a medical car were dispatched by 118 to assist the woman, who reportedly suffered multiple stabbings. Once stabilized, the patient was admitted to the emergency room at Circolo di Varese Hospital with a yellow code.
The injured woman, according to initial information, remained conscious and is not in danger of death. During her recovery, Condò had reported that she never received a direct apology from the boy and his family.
