Another episode of violence at school. It happened in Reggio Calabria, where a teacher at a comprehensive institute was physically attacked by a 34-year-old man following a discussion about the school conduct of his 12-year-old son.
He has been reported for violence and threats. The parent had been summoned to school by the teacher following an argument involving the 12-year-old boy and a classmate: “You should not disturb the family.”
He slammed him against the wall and grabbed him by the neck. He grabs the teacher by the neck, who had assaulted another student.
After asking his son who the teacher was who had summoned him, the 34-year-old reportedly flew into a rage: he addressed the teacher “in a threatening tone, shouting that the family of the boy should not be disturbed,” and then physically attacked him “slamming him against a wall and grabbing him by the neck.” The Carabinieri of the Cannavò Station identified the parent, who will be reported to the Judicial Authority for injuries, violence, and threatening a Public Official, as the teacher was performing his duties within the school.
